Right to refund
In the event of a refund request, please contact us via info@windfree.se. We offer full right to refund within 30 days of purchase on the condition that the product and the packaging are in original condition, i.e. unused and undamaged.
You may not use the product, but may, naturally, carefully examine it. When the product is received by us on return and the refund approved, we credit you the sum. In the event of a return sent without first contacting Windfree Sweden AB claims department, you as the sender are responsible for any possible costs and losses.
Windfree Sweden AB will not accept packages returned on a C.O.D. basis.
Guarantee
All products are covered by a one-year guarantee if no other conditions are given. This applies to material and manufacturing faults and on the condition that the product has not been subjected to abnormal wear conditions. In the first place, a repair guarantee for defective products applies. With defective goods, a replacement guarantee provides new parts or a new product during the guarantee period.
