EAR PROTECTION
On Sailing editorial , we were a little surprised when ear protectors Wind Free came in the mail. Why would we, as sailors do not like to hear the wind? The wind is what we live by . The point of the Wind Free is namely to dampen wind noise so you can hear other sounds on board. The rig that knirrar , laughing gulls mocking cries or the ghost that sings . And of course , sometimes surprises the wind all in an annoying way .
Ear protectors are soft and made from cell foam with a plastic frame that
to keep them in place. Although it feels as though they want to constantly slide down the throat. Admittedly, I have tested that covers a fairly small head, so it may well depend on it ... Someone smaller size does not exist. They are also difficult borne if you have a high collar on your sailing jacket .
How does the de ? Perfectly okay, for me as normal hearing . They actually takes away a bit of wind noise so that the other sounds come out more clearly . I also had a friend of mine who has a hearing aid test ear guards and he said they worked great. Even modern hearing aids are difficult to filter out wind noise , but Wind Free succeeded. Abrasive tiring wind noise
For those people who have hearing, you know how hard it is when the wind blows. Then the microphone of the hearing aid is hit by wind and then amplifies the sound and sends it into the ear. Many people choose to turn off the unit or take it off. But with the Wind Free it is possible to still use the hearing aid when it was never hit by the wind.
